Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience with PC-based editing suites including Adobe Premiere, Avid Media Composer, or similar.
- Knowledge of video and audio codecs and transcoding software.
- Experience with asset management systems.
- Understanding of the entertainment industry a plus.
- Basic networking knowledge and system support.
- Experience with record-centric workflows.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing professional technical support for Disney post-production teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to video, audio, and image editing.
- Configure software including Adobe Premiere, Avid Media Composer and related workflows.
- Maintain hardware systems and workflow automation structures.
