Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and product support to Operations cross-functionally.
• Perform root cause analyses for OOS, non-conformances, and CAPA plans.
• Support PCR-based and NGS-based reagents and products.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Production to achieve business results.
