Job summary

Jered, a PAR Systems company, is seeking a Product Support Specialist to manage customer accounts and oversee quotes and orders from request to delivery. You will interact with customers daily and coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Estimating to resolve pricing and order issues, ensuring quality service and timely turnarounds.

The role requires three years of related experience, strong communication, and excellent organization in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in Manufacturing, Production Planning, Project Management, or related field.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• US Citizen or Green Cardholder.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers daily and manage requests for quotes.
• See customer orders through from initial request to delivery.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Estimating to monitor quotes and orders.
• Address pricing, quotes, and order-related concerns promptly.
