GE Aerospace in Lynn, MA is seeking a T901 Product Support Leader (Product Support Manager) to drive the integration and implementation of product support processes across the organization. You will lead a cross-functional team, develop the integrated product support plan, and ensure readiness and sustainment for the T901 program with the U.S.

Army. Strong leadership and program management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product support and/or product development.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional leadership to lead development and production introduction of the improved T901 turbine engine for the U.S. Army.
• Develop and maintain the integrated product support plan for the T901 program and manage execution through qualification, entry into service, and transition to sustainment readiness.
• Coordinate support activities across Support Equipment, Repair Engineering, Technical Publications, Reliability, Maintainability, Human Factors Engineering, Provisioning, Customer Training, and Maintenance Data Systems to meet requirements and goals.
• Develop cost and schedule planning estimates supporting Earned Value Management processes; identify risks and execution status.
• Manage product and service development from concept through production introduction ensuring design-for-supportability.
• Influence product support strategy and resource planning including policy development.
• Develop and implement the digital strategy for the T901 engine to maximize customer value and readiness outcomes.
• Use high-level judgment to assess incomplete information and generate solutions addressing technical, schedule, and customer challenges.
