High levels of operational judgment are required to deliver outcomes across cost, schedule, technical requirements, and customer commitments.## Key Responsibilities**Cross-Functional Leadership:** Lead a cross-functional team and direct reports to complete development and production introduction of the improved T901 turbine engine for the U.S. Army. Align stakeholders to program milestones and ensure disciplined execution.**Integrated Product Support Planning & Execution:** Develop and maintain the integrated product support plan for the T901 program. Manage execution through qualification, entry into service, and transition to sustainment readiness.**Functional Support Integration:** Coordinate support activities across Support Equipment, Repair Engineering, Technical Publications, Reliability, Maintainability, Human Factors Engineering, Provisioning, Customer Training, and Maintenance Data Systems to meet customer requirements and business goals.**Cost & Schedule / EVM Support:** Develop cost and schedule planning estimates supporting internal and external Earned Value Management (EVM) processes. Drive visibility to risks, assumptions, and execution status.**Program Management – Development Through Production:** Manage product and service development efforts from concept through production introduction, ensuring supportability is designed-in and scalable.**Product Support Strategy & Resourcing:** Influence product support strategy, including resource planning and policy development.
