Job summary

Credence seeks a Product Support Manager at the journeyman level to support the AFLCMC/LG directorate at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will help deliver logistics support, training, and standardize product support across centers.

Responsibilities include developing guides, providing outreach to program offices, and coordinating with DoD partners to ensure cost and performance across the product support value chain. A Secret clearance and DoD experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Experience in DoD program offices or acquiring, fielding, sustaining weapons/systems is needed.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with relevant DoD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with logistics support and guidance to program offices for product support tasks.
• Develop and provide training, including training documentation and on-site or virtual training.
• Perform control activities: schedule/progress monitoring, questions handling, risk management.
• Develop tools and center-level processes to standardize product support procedures across AFLCMC.
• Create and maintain guides, standards/specifications, contract language, models, templates, metrics for product support health.
• Provide program office outreach support by responding to questions and assisting offices with product support activities.
• Coordinate with OSD, defense agencies, HAF, SAF, major commands, AFMC centers, and AFLCMC program offices.
• Participate in staff assistance/site visits and coordinate activities upon Government request.
