Job summary

Credence seeks a Product Support Manager at the journeyman level to support the AFLCMC/LG directorate at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will guide program offices in product support tasks and develop training materials for on-site and virtual delivery.

The role emphasizes risk management, process standardization, and cross-agency coordination to ensure effective life cycle support across Air Force weapon systems.

Qualifications

• Active or current Secret security clearance is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with ≥3 years DoD experience.
• Alternatively, 7 years of directly related experience with proper certifications per PWS.
• Minimum 5 years of USAF program office experience or related weapons/support systems.
• Expert knowledge of Product Support Management and 12 PSEs.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistics support guidance to program offices for product support tasks.
• Develop and deliver training including on-site and virtual sessions.
• Perform control activities: schedule/progress monitoring, risk management.
• Create standards, templates, and metrics to assess product support health.
• Coordinate with OSD, defense agencies, and AFLCMC program offices as needed.
• Engage in staff assistance/site visits and conduct informational briefings.
