Job summary

Accurate Background is seeking a Product Specialist to join the product support and enablement team. This entry-level role focuses on building product knowledge, supporting internal teams with repeatable questions, maintaining documentation, and guiding self-service resources to ensure accurate, current information across product lines.

You will collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Operations, and Engineering to identify information gaps, test content updates, and help translate complex product

Qualifications

• Experience with product knowledge, support, and documentation.
• Ability to learn product features, workflows, and release changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build working knowledge of assigned product lines and stay current with releases and updates.
• Support internal teams with repeatable product questions and provide clear guidance.
• Create, update, and maintain product Hub content, FAQs, user guides, and troubleshooting materials.
• Test and confirm updated content in Accurate Ally to ensure accurate answers.
• Track inquiries by source and type, escalate to Product Management when needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions, Operations, Engineering, and Compliance to close knowledge gaps.
• Serve as a product SME for Sales and Account Management during meetings and demos.
