Job summary

Accurate Background is seeking a Product Specialist in the United States. This entry-level role focuses on building product knowledge, supporting internal teams with repeatable questions, and maintaining product documentation to ensure clear, accurate information.

The role supports product education, inquiry handling, and updates to Product Hub content under Product Management guidance. Final product decisions and roadmaps are not part of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with Accurate products and internal support processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Product learning and release awareness: Build working knowledge of assigned product lines and stay current with releases and documentation.
• Internal product inquiry support: Provide clear, timely guidance to internal teams and help craft client-facing response language.
• Documentation, Product Hub, and Accurate Ally validation: Update and test product content to ensure accuracy and usefulness.
• Inquiry tracking and escalation support: Track inquiries, route to right owners, and escalate when needed.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Sales, Solutions, Operations, Engineering, and vendors to close knowledge gaps.
