Job summary

Puckett Machinery in Flowood, MS is hiring a Product Support Associate to provide administrative, planning, and coordination support to the product support department. You will prepare reports, monitor training compliance, and back up the receptionist.

The role offers growth opportunities into service, sales, or rentals, with emphasis on data extraction, communication, and customer service. A high school diploma and 2–4 years of experience are preferred. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting multiple managers in an office setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, planning, and coordination support to the product support department.
• Prepare process documents, generate reports, and assist with special projects.
• Monitor training compliance and act as backup receptionist during breaks.
• Handle mail distribution and department accounts payable tasks as needed.
• Coordinate travel and support events for the department.
• Maintain relationships with internal/external customers and Caterpillar personnel.
