Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst in New York to drive strategic transactions and capital allocation with senior leadership exposure. The role is modeling-intensive and requires building analyses for major corporate decisions.

You will support valuations, capital structure reviews, and due diligence, while coordinating with CFO/CEO and Board members in a fast-paced, lean team.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in investment banking, private equity, or similar.
• Advanced financial modeling: valuation, accretion/dilution, scenarios.
• Experience producing analyses used by investment committees or the Board.
• Strong accounting knowledge; understand transaction impact on statements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear memos and slides.
• Attention to detail; ensure model integrity and sources.
• Ability to work autonomously in a lean team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for valuations, acquisitions, capital structure and accretion/dilution.
• Evaluate how transactions and capital raises affect Bitcoin per share under various scenarios.
• Conduct due diligence with external advisors as needed.
• Prepare Board/committee presentations and investment memoranda.
• Manage the corporate development pipeline, milestones and ownership.
• Support execution from evaluation through signing, closing and integration planning.
• Monitor Bitcoin treasury sector, peers, and capital-structure activity.
• Translate market trends into actionable capital-allocation insights.
• Develop recurring reporting on capital deployment and BTC per share.
• Partner with Capital Markets, Accounting, and FP&A for consistency.
