Responsibilities

• Manage client implementations from initial planning through launch.
• Coordinate migration of financial and operational data from legacy systems.
• Develop and improve operational processes, controls, and implementation procedures.
• Partner with fund accounting and technology teams to ensure accurate service delivery.
• Perform detailed reconciliations and quality reviews across historical financial reporting periods.
• Investigate issues, identify recurring themes, and recommend practical solutions.
• Support client onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing account needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve the platform and collaborate with the technology team on enhancements.
