Job summary

Google Education is seeking a Product Strategy and Operations Specialist to bridge product strategy with execution across functions. You will help shape the cross-Google narrative, translate high-level outlook into operational plans, and drive scalable impact for K-12 and higher education initiatives.

You will partner with Education teams, engineers, PMs, and UX to ensure data-driven decisions, clear priorities, and efficient programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end operational aptitude to ensure flawless execution of the highest-priority goals.
Lead strategic projects that are operationally intensive and cross-functional to ensure there is structure and timely delivery of project goals.
Establish Key Performance Indicators and timelines for each project, regular metrics reporting that tie back to strategic goals, and post-implementation impact analysis.
Lead OKR scoring to ensure we are making progress against our ambitious goals, identifying areas of softness where we should double down. Support annual planning activities for the Edu portfolio.
Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders on critical strategic initiatives.
