Job summary

Google Education is seeking a Product Strategy and Operations Lead to drive cross-functional initiatives that align strategy with execution. You will partner with product, engineering, analytics, and other teams to shape education technology at scale.

The role combines strategy, operations, and communication to translate high-level goals into actionable roadmaps and drive impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Responsibilities

• Influence team members and executive management to act and drive projects to completion.
• Establish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organization and achieving goals.
• Lead strategic projects that are operationally intensive and cross-functional to ensure there is structure and timely delivery of project goals. Drive end-to-end operational accuracy to ensure flawless execution of the highest-priority goals.
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and timelines for each project, regular metrics reporting, that tie back to strategic goals, and post-implementation impact analysis. Lead Objectives and Key Result (OKR) scoring.
• Support annual planning activities for the Education portfolio.
