Job summary

Google Education seeks a Product and Business Strategy Leader to align cross-functional teams across Google's Education initiatives, shaping strategy, operations, and communications to drive scalable impact.

You will partner with senior leadership to translate high-level goals into actionable plans and oversee cross-functional projects spanning product, engineering, and education domains. This role emphasizes delivering measurable outcomes and influencing key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Responsibilities

Influence team members and executive management to act and drive projects to completion.
Establish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organization and achieving goals.
Lead strategic projects that are operationally intensive and cross-functional to ensure there is structure and timely delivery of project goals.
Establish KPIs and timelines for each project, regular metrics reporting, and OKR scoring.
Support annual planning activities for the Education portfolio.
