Job summary

Google Education is seeking a Product and Business Strategy Leader to unite teams across Google to drive optimal product execution and scalable education initiatives globally.

You will translate high-level goals into operational reality, shaping the cross-Google narrative for education and partnering with senior leadership to deliver high-impact projects that transform teaching and learning for students worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Responsibilities

• Influence team members and executive management to act and drive projects to completion.
• Establish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organization and achieving goals.
• Lead strategic projects that are operationally intensive and cross-functional to ensure there is structure and timely delivery of project goals. Drive end-to-end operational accuracy to ensure flawless execution of the highest-priority goals.
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and timelines for each project, regular metrics reporting, that tie back to strategic goals, and post-implementation impact analysis. Lead Objectives and Key Result (OKR) scoring.
• Support annual planning activities for the Education portfolio.
