Google Education seeks a Product Strategy and Operations Lead to drive outcomes across education initiatives. You will partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to translate strategy into scalable operations and measurable impact.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and influencing senior stakeholders to deliver high-priority goals across global education products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.
• Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience gathering and analyzing data to uncover insights, with a proven ability to synthesize and simplify complex information into actionable strategies.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams.
• Track record of managing complex systems, cross-functional stakeholder groups, and large-scale change management initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to represent complex business or technical concepts with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Influence team members and executive management to act and drive projects to completion.
• Establish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organization and achieving goals.
• Lead strategic projects that are operationally intensive and cross-functional to ensure there is structure and timely delivery of project goals.
• Establish KPIs and timelines for each project, regular metrics reporting, and post-implementation impact analysis. Lead OKR scoring.
• Support annual planning activities for the Education portfolio.
