Job summary

Google Education is seeking a Product Strategy and Operations Specialist to drive strategic initiatives across Mountain View, New York, and San Francisco. You will partner with senior leaders to translate goals into actionable programs, manage complex cross-functional efforts, and propel learning initiatives at scale with clear metrics and impact analysis.

You will analyze data to uncover insights, mentor more junior teammates, and help shape how Google Education scales its product and operating

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end operational aptitude to ensure flawless execution of the highest-priority goals.
Lead strategic projects that are operationally intensive and cross-functional to ensure structure and timely delivery of project goals.
Establish Key Performance Indicators and timelines for each project, regular metrics reporting that tie back to strategic goals, and post-implementation impact analysis.
Lead OKR scoring to ensure progress against ambitious goals, and support annual planning activities for the Edu portfolio.
Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders on critical strategic initiatives.
