Job summary

Google Education is seeking a Product Strategy and Operations Analyst to drive strategy and operations across Google’s Education products. You will partner with leaders to translate vision into executable plans and align cross‑functional teams for high‑impact initiatives.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, scalable processes, and collaboration with engineers, PMs, UX, and other functions to deliver transformational educational tools globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data.

Responsibilities

• Establish Key Performance Indicators and timelines for each project, regular metrics reporting, that tie back to strategic goals, and post‑implementation impact analysis.
• Drive end‑to‑end operational aptitude to ensure flawless execution of the highest‑priority goals.
• Support annual planning activities for the Edu portfolio.
• Contribute on strategic projects that are operationally intensive and cross‑functional to ensure there is structure and timely delivery of project goals.
