Constructor is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Director to drive GTM strategy for our ecommerce search and discovery platform. You will own product positioning, messaging architecture, launch plans, and competitive intelligence, partnering with sales, product, customer success, and growth marketing.

The role blends strategy with hands-on execution: defining differentiated value, creating scalable messaging, leading product launches, and building a high-performing PMM team.

Competenze

• 5+ years leading PMM in B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience with ecommerce/retail tech is a plus.
• Proven ability to own positioning, messaging and GTM for complex products.
• Strong storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills.
