Concord is seeking a Commercial Applications Product Manager to own customer-facing applications in a commercial technology area, including Salesforce. This senior role collaborates with external customers and internal teams to drive value from customer portals and self-service tools.

You will own the product roadmap, translate customer needs into concrete requirements, and collaborate with Salesforce and other systems to ensure cohesive tooling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years product management or ownership experience at a senior level.
• Experience owning customer-facing applications, particularly external customer portals.
• Background in customer portals, e-commerce, or customer self-service applications.
• Ability to work on-site in King of Prussia, PA, at least 3 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for customer-facing commercial applications.
• Work directly with customers to understand needs, gather feedback, and validate priorities and capabilities.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and partner with technical teams through delivery.
• Coordinate with Salesforce and the broader commercial applications team to ensure tool interoperability.
• Track and report status on initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed and flagging risks early.
• Drive adoption of customer-facing tools and measure their impact on customers.
