Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Product Strategy Senior Lead to join the CCO Product Strategy team. You will work at the intersection of product strategy, pricing, field readiness, executive narrative, and go-to-market execution, partnering with senior leaders across Product, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.

You will build scenario models, analyze trade-offs, prepare leadership materials, and drive decisions with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Broad generalist business judgment and a consulting-style problem-solving toolkit.
• Strong scenario modeling and financial analysis skills with incomplete data.
• Proven stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
• Ability to lead trade-off discussions and build consensus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scenario models for revenue targets by product type.
• Analyze trade-offs across growth and investment options and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Partner with Finance, Sales and Product on assumptions and inputs to the plan.
• Lead trade-off discussions with senior stakeholders and help drive them to a decision.
• Prepare materials and presentations for planning and leadership reviews.
• Work through imperfect or incomplete business inputs to reach a usable recommendation.
