You will lead a team of strategists focused on identifying white spaces, evaluating build-buy-partner options, and translating complex dynamics into executable product strategies that guide our platform for the next decade.

Qualifications

• 12+ years across product mgmt/strategy in enterprise software.
• Experience leading 3+ strategists, researchers, or product managers in fast-paced environments.
• Deep AI/ML knowledge including agentic systems and LLM-based apps.
• Understanding of data platforms, SaaS, and enterprise architectures.
• Fluency in evaluating productization strategies and go-to-market models.
• MBA/MS or equivalent is a plus; outcomes matter more than credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy for forward-looking innovation and whitespace across Salesforce's AI and platform portfolio.
• Drive strategy for offerings evolving from internal capabilities to standalone or platform-integrated products.
• Develop and refine frameworks for build-buy-partner decisions and integration of acquired tech.
• Identify market shifts and translate into investment recommendations with data-driven rationale.
• Collaborate with SVP and executives to map strategic gaps and opportunities.
• Synthesize inputs from engineering, product management, research, and external sources into clear viewpoints.
• Size market opportunities and assess competitive positioning to guide investments.
• Work with regional leadership to tailor strategy for European markets considering regulatory nuances.
• Evaluate monetization models (open source, platform-native, API-first) and adoption potential.
• Monitor venture trends and developer ecosystems to stay ahead of paradigms.
• Present strategic options with concise, data-supported rationale to senior leadership.
• Build and mentor a high-performing strategy team with robust horizon-scanning processes.
