Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the assigned product lines.
• Lead development, planning, and implementation of product and process improvements for new products.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to shape product features and offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and IS to support distribution, promotion, and technology alignment.
• Manage product budgets, pricing, and cost containment; monitor revenue and margins.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, owners and designers.
