Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level equivalent education and experience required.
• 5+ years of P&C insurance experience in sales, customer service, product management, underwriting, claims, or analytics.
• Strong product visionary with executive communication skills.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable product plans.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy to execute the vision.
• Direct development, planning and implementation of product and process for new products.
• Develop innovative solutions meeting market needs and expanding product lines.
• Conduct market analysis, define features, workflows and pricing.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and IS for support and distribution.
