Job summary

AutoNation seeks a dynamic Product Manager to shape the future of its product portfolio. You will partner with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to define and execute vision, strategy, and roadmaps that delight customers and drive growth.

You will manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with company goals, customer needs, and market trends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management or equivalent
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in designing and analyzing A/B tests
• Experience setting and monitoring product KPIs
• Familiarity with user research methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Prioritize features based on customer needs, business value and feasibility.
• Make trade-offs to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Develop clear requirements for small–to–medium projects.
• Design and implement A/B tests to measure feature success.
• Apply user research findings to inform development.
• Define and monitor KPIs; track feature performance.
