Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
• 10+ years in product management, applications engineering, technical sales, or related.
• Experience managing technical products in a B2B environment.
• Strong product lifecycle management and new product development knowledge.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into customer value.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional management experience.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business-planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Bird's product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio priorities.
• Manage full product lifecycle from market assessment to retirement.
• Identify opportunities for new products, partnerships, or acquisitions.
• Establish business cases, financial targets, and resource requirements.
• Monitor product performance and drive growth and profitability.
• Maintain deep knowledge of target markets, customer applications, and competitive dynamics.
• Translate market insights into product opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Lead Applications Engineering to support sales and product development.
• Coordinate with Engineering to prioritize projects and commercialization efforts.
• Lead product launches, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Provide product training and competitive insights to enable sales.
