The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience, a BS in Engineering, and strong executive communication skills to drive strategic initiatives

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience.
• Proven success leading multidisciplinary engineering and technical services teams.
• Strong customer-facing experience in Application Engineering, Field Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related functions.
• Experience partnering with Sales and Operations to drive growth and profitability.
• Experience managing budgets and strategic investments.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field)
• 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience
• Proven success leading multidisciplinary engineering and technical service organizations
• Strong customer-facing experience in Application Engineering, Field Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related functions
• Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales and Operations to drive growth and profitability
• Experience managing budgets, organizational performance, and strategic investments
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
• Strong leadership presence with a track record of building and developing teams

MBA or advanced engineering degree is a plus.
