Job summary

SEAKR Engineering, a leader in advanced electronics for space, seeks a Director of Product Management to own the product portfolio and strategy. You will collaborate with Engineering, Business Development, and Operations to translate customer needs into actionable roadmaps and investments.

Responsibilities include leading lifecycle management, pricing strategy, and market positioning while driving growth and profitability across the portfolio. Strong cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
• Product Management certification or related certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in product management, engineering, or related functions.
• Experience owning and managing complex technical products throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for SEAKR’s Product Management function and portfolio.
• Develop and execute product strategies aligning customer needs with growth objectives.
• Own full product lifecycle from concept to retirement.
• Develop and communicate roadmaps across cross-functional teams.
• Establish product management processes, metrics, and best practices.
• Define requirements with Engineering and prioritize features.
• Identify new products and market opportunities for growth.
• Support IRAD planning and investment prioritization.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and pricing strategies.
• Monitor market trends and customer requirements to guide strategy.
