• 10+ years in product mgmt, applications engineering, tech sales, or engineering.
• Experience managing technical products in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and NP development.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex tech into customer value.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional management.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio priorities.
• Manage full product lifecycle from market assessment to retirement.
• Identify new product opportunities, partnerships, and investments.
• Establish business cases, financial targets, and resources.
• Monitor product performance and drive growth and profitability.
• Maintain deep knowledge of target markets and customers.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on trends and needs.
