Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking a Portfolio Strategy Director to own the portfolio strategy and operating cadence for Product and Engineering. You will build frameworks, reporting, and governance that help leaders translate portfolio performance for the E-Team and Board.

You will connect roadmaps to long-term financial goals, maintain capacity models, and define ROI to bridge Product, Engineering, and executive reviews. Remote work with North America residency is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years combined across product operations, business operations, chief of staff roles, strategy/operations consulting, or high-growth SaaS operations
• Ability to build operating models and cross-functional analyses
• Experience preparing board-ready decks in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication across technical and business audiences

Responsibilities

• Facilitate portfolio prioritization and tradeoff conversations to defend roadmaps
• Connect product and engineering work to the financial plan and ROI
• Define reporting architecture for product and engineering outcomes
• Lead cross-functional programs with senior leaders and ensure alignment across functions
