RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Product Specialist for Vermeer to serve as a trusted advisor to customers and sales teams, driving value-added solutions and strengthening regional market presence.

You will work closely with arborists, landscapers, contractors and municipalities to maximize product impact. You will lead demonstrations, coordinate machine deliveries, and provide on-site training while identifying opportunities to grow parts, service, and sales.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing a regional territory.
• Strong understanding of local market conditions and customer applications.
• Proficiency with internal systems for tracking and reporting.
• Professional conduct with safety and teamwork at the forefront.
• Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong industry relationships and stay aware of market activity and opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct product demos and technical presentations.
• Coordinate machine deliveries and provide onsite operation and maintenance training.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
• Collaborate with store leadership, sales teams, and manufacturing partners on product, technical, and commercial topics.
• Identify additional parts, service, and sales opportunities and refer leads to the appropriate teams.
