Job summary

Lexus of Lincoln is seeking a Product Specialist to greet guests, manage inquiries by phone, email, and in person, and personalize every interaction. You will guide guests through test drives and maintain in-depth knowledge of Lexus models to answer questions.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and creates an exceptional Lexus experience through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Personalizes every guest interaction including leads, inquiries, referrals, repeat guests and walk-ins.
• Conducts Lexus vehicle feature presentations by assisting guests during test drives.
• Maintains strong product knowledge across the Lexus lineup to answer questions.
• Coordinates and delivers Lexus vehicles after purchase for a premium delivery experience.
