Job summary

Lexus of Lincoln in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Product Specialist to greet guests and deliver a premium Lexus experience through thoughtful in-person, phone and email interactions.

You will personalize every guest interaction, conduct feature and benefit presentations during test drives, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Lexus lineup while coordinating vehicle delivery after purchase to ensure a concierge-level experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and creates a professional Lexus experience through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Personalizes every guest interaction including leads, inquiries, referrals, repeat guests, and walk-ins.
• Conducts Lexus vehicle feature and benefit presentations during test drives.
• Maintains strong product knowledge across the Lexus model lineup to answer questions.
• Serves as a Lexus product expert and communicates benefits of new vehicles and accessories.
• Coordinates and delivers Lexus vehicles upon completion of the purchase process.
• Assists guests with troubleshooting Lexus technology and vehicle features.
• Keeps current on Lexus brand products by attending required product training.
