Job summary

Heidelberg USA, Inc. seeks a Product Specialist, Postpress Commercial & Packaging Solutions in Charlotte, NC to drive sales and support the postpress portfolio across Commercial Print and Packaging markets.

You will serve as the technical and product expert for customers and the sales team, helping identify opportunities, develop solutions, and support equipment installations. The role works with Account Managers, Regional VP, Product Management, and Service teams to drive revenue growth,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Graphic Communications, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in printing, packaging, postpress equipment sales or technical support.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer opportunities and support equipment sales.
• Conduct customer visits to evaluate production processes and recommend Heidelberg solutions.
• Meet annual sales goals and market growth initiatives.
• Prepare proposals and support negotiations.
• Maintain the customer database and monitor accuracy.
• Provide technical consultation throughout the sales cycle.
• Support demonstrations, installations, and startup activities.
• Build strong customer relationships and participate in trade shows.
