Job summary

Heidelberg USA is seeking a Product Specialist, Postpress Solutions to drive sales and support for Commercial Print and Packaging markets. You will be the technical product expert, identifying opportunities and helping installations succeed.

You will collaborate with Account Managers and regional teams to grow revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and gather market intelligence while traveling up to 70% of the time.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in printing, packaging, postpress equipment sales, applications, or technical support.
• Strong understanding of print finishing, converting, cutting, folding, binding, and packaging workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 70%).

Responsibilities

• Drive and support sales, applications, and business development for Heidelberg's Postpress portfolio.
• Serve as technical and product expert for customers and the sales team.
• Develop solutions and support equipment installations.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Regional VPs, Product Management and Service teams.

Skills

7+ years experience in printing and/or

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Graphic Communications
