Don Williamson Nissan is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to guide customers through a professional vehicle-buying experience. You will welcome buyers, identify needs, present vehicles, and demonstrate features while following up on leads by phone, email, and text.

Responsibilities include assisting with sales and financing, maintaining CRM data, staying informed on inventory and promotions, and meeting individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive or retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills are essential.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented with a professional demeanor.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, email, and texting.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to meet background-check and employment requirements.
