Job summary

CONSTRUCTION SPECIALTIES, INC. in Lebanon, New Jersey, seeks a Manager, Product Solutions to lead the Product Specialists and drive North American sales with strategic direction and close collaboration with internal teams.

Reporting to leadership, you will coach the sales network, develop pricing strategies, forecast opportunities in CRM, and ensure delivery of bookings while building strong relationships with customers and key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus three to five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years in the metal panel and/or curtainwall industry, and preferably the same amount managing people.
• Must be able to create and maintain CRM forecasting, follow-up and custom reports.
• Construction industry knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coaches Regional Product Specialists and representatives on selling and pricing strategies.
• Serves as the subject matter expert for CS products and competitor offerings.
• Collaborates with internal teams to support key projects and close business.
• Develops and implements sales tools and marketing communications.
• Travels as necessary to representative territories.
• Maintains and grows relationships with key customers/accounts.
