Health Care Service Corporation seeks a senior strategist to lead go-to-market management and pharmacy product strategy across cross-enterprise initiatives. You will guide product lifecycles, drive portfolio priorities, and align senior stakeholders with market trends for future growth.

The role requires a strong background in strategic planning, leadership, and complex project delivery, with a hybrid work arrangement offering in-office and remote days.

Competenze

• Bachelor Degree with 6 years in strategic planning, research, project management, product admin or related health care field, OR 10 years in the same areas.
• Experience managing people or projects.
• Experience implementing multi-million dollar/multi-year business and technology projects.
• Understanding of project management tools and methods.
• Budget management experience related to projects/implementations/operations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience guiding senior leaders and cross-department collaboration.
• Ability to autonomously manage complex corporate projects.
