Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in strategic planning, research, project management or health care product operations
• Or 10+ years in strategic planning, research, project management or health care product operations
• Experience leading people or projects and managing multi-million dollar/multiyear initiatives
• Understanding of project management methodologies and SDLC
• Financial, budgeting and estimation experience related to projects
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to collaborate with senior leadership across departments
• Autonomy in managing complex corporate projects

• Lead go-to-market management and pharmacy product strategy across enterprise initiatives
• Guide development, launch, expansion and optimization of products throughout lifecycle
