Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher with 6+ years in strategic planning, research, project management, or related healthcare fields; or 10+ years in the same areas.
Experience managing people or projects across complex initiatives.
Experience leading multi-year, multi-million dollar projects with budgeting responsibility.
Familiarity with project management tools and SDLC processes.
Strong financial/budget management experience related to initiatives and implementations.
Comfortable with change and a dynamic work environment; adaptable to shifting priorities.
Proven presentation and group facilitation skills.
Ability to develop relationships with senior management and diverse departments.
Analytical thinking and ability to synthesize information for strategy.

Responsibilities
