Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 6+ years in strategic planning, research, project management, or related healthcare fields; or 10+ years in the same areas.
• Experience managing people or projects across complex initiatives.
• Experience leading multi-year, multi-million dollar projects with budgeting responsibility.
• Familiarity with project management tools and SDLC processes.
• Strong financial/budget management experience related to initiatives and implementations.
• Comfortable with change and a dynamic work environment; adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Proven presentation and group facilitation skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with senior management and diverse departments.
• Analytical thinking and ability to synthesize information for strategy.

This position is responsible for leading go-to-market management and pharmacy product strategy across multiple strategic, cross-enterprise initiatives of varying complexity and importance. The role supports strategic portfolio management and drives cross-functional engagement and alignment to shape product priorities; guide the development, launch, expansion, and optimization of products throughout the product lifecycle; evaluate product innovation and strategic opportunities; and maintain awareness of industry and market trends to inform the next generation of pharmacy products and shape long-term strategy.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree and 6 years experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry OR 10 years of experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry
• Experience managing people or projects
• Experience implementing multi-million dollar/multiyear business and technology projects.
• Understanding of project management tools and methods.
• Financial, estimating, and budget management experience as it relates to projects, implementations, and/or operations.
• Comfortable with change, and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
• Presentation and group facilitation experience.
• Analytical and information synthesis skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring staff.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with developing relationships and interacting successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Knowledge of healthcare insurance industry and current trends related to new products/ networks, as well as new legislation and interaction with government affairs

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days work from home.

Compensation: $102,000.00 - $184,300.00
