The position combines people leadership, customer engagement, product expertise, and commercial growth, supporting exterior commercial construction projects ranging from $10,000 to $10 million.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of seven Product Specialists.
• Provide technical and commercial guidance across product positioning, pricing, estimating, and specifications.
• Support business development and complex project opportunities from enquiry through to award.
• Build relationships with customers, representatives, architects, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing, and product teams to develop effective solutions.
• Manage CRM forecasting, pipeline activity, reporting, and customer follow-up.
• Represent the business at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

About You

• Ideally, background in exterior commercial construction products, architectural products, or building materials.
• Experience in technical business development, consultative sales, product solutions, or specification sales.
• Strong understanding of construction products, estimating, pricing, and project sales.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and support complex, high-value opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
