Job summary

Messenger, LLC is seeking a Product Support Coordinator in Indiana to bridge Sales, customers, and internal teams. You will research product needs, source solutions, and help bring internally produced products to market on schedule.

Responsibilities include supporting merchandising and marketing for events, maintaining vendor relationships, and assisting with pricing, invoicing, and set-up across Messenger systems. A degree or equivalent experience is required, with 0–2+ years in related roles.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or equivalent; or relevant work experience.
• 0–2+ years in product management, marketing, or supply chain.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product solutions with Sales, Customer Service, and external partners.
• Source and negotiate products with third-party suppliers.
• Assist with ordering, pricing, invoicing, and cost tracking.
• Maintain accurate product information across Messenger systems.
• Support merchandising and marketing through events and conventions.
• Develop new processes to improve project workflow.
