Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on mechanical experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex equipment.
• Willingness to travel within the USA and internationally for assignments typically lasting 2-5 days (about 50-75% travel).
• Must hold and maintain a valid State of Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a proactive, "can-do" mindset.
• Proven ability to follow directions, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and commission new machines to company standards.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair customer machines and equipment in a timely manner.
• Travel to deliver hands-on training to customers on proper use and maintenance of Kobus equipment.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and practical trials for potential customers.
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful machine operation.
• Report on ground and site conditions to assist with technical evaluation and sales planning.
• Document all service activities, including customer interactions, issues encountered, and resolutions provided.
