Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Member of Technical Staff in Product Security to partner with product and engineering teams, understand goals, identify security risks, and scale security practices across the product lifecycle. This role is based in Seattle, WA or San Francisco, CA, and focuses on securing AI-driven, agent-based products.

Qualifications

Knowledge of evolving security risks affecting ML/AI and agent-based systems.
Demonstrated adversarial mindset with ability to develop threat models.
Experience securing multi-cloud SaaS platforms and Kubernetes/Docker environments.
3–5 years of experience in application/product/security engineering or related security role.

Responsibilities

Conduct secure design reviews and threat modeling to identify threats and mitigations.
Partner with product and engineering teams to design and implement security controls across distributed systems.
Integrate shift-left security practices across the development lifecycle from design to production.
Triage and drive remediation of findings from penetration tests, red teaming, and bug bounty programs.
