Job summary

GLD is seeking a highly organized Product Sample Coordinator to support merchandising and marketing efforts in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate eager to work with product launches, photoshoots, influencer marketing, and social media content.

You will manage the product sample library, track samples across departments, and assist with photography and content creation while gaining hands-on experience in merchandising and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Interest in jewelry, fashion, sports, accessories, or consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the product sample library for cross‑team access.
• Track samples between Merchandising, Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and external partners.
• Prepare products for photography, shoots, and content creation; perform light editing.
• Assist with influencer seeding, product launches, and events; ensure sample availability.
