Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates timely.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Stock and tag displays and create price tags.
• Ensure safe lifting practices and forklift proficiency testing.
