Job summary

Atkore is hiring a Product Sales Support Representative based in Harvey, IL, reporting to the Product Sales Support Manager. You will provide customer-focused solutions for product inquiries and act as a liaison for all other customer issues, supporting nationwide customer service teams.

Experience with Tableau, Salesforce and Power BI is highly preferred. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service, manufacturing or steel industries; lean manufacturing experience

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant customer service, manufacturing or steel industry experience.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Oracle (JDE), Salesforce, and Power BI.
Ability to generate and manage reports with pivot tables and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

Process and close customer claims.
Review and process customer action reports for quality or field issues.
Collaborate with sales to resolve field product issues.
Create/maintain Gemba Board Reports and hold regular cross-functional meetings.
Facilitate quality and warehouse trend reporting to increase efficiency and reduce delays.
Create executive dashboards and analytics reports using Tableau/Power BI.
Provide training for new agents in claims process and policies.
Travelling to customer sites or RSC locations as needed.
Establish escalation points for stalled claims.
