Atkore is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be based in Harvey, Illinois. Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will manage all aspects of customer service for the Mechanical business unit, collaborating with customers and teammates to ensure smooth order entry, tracking, invoicing and timely shipment.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of customer service experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $ 42,400 - $58,300 . Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
